Reinbold, an Arizona Department of Public Safety criminalist, made assumptions that he shouldn&#8217;t have, Wraxall said.<\/p>\n<p>Wraxall said he interpreted the data two ways. In the first, he came up with the one in every 1,363 white people figure.
